MPS completes project and stops leaks before harsh winter hits
In December 2008, MPS completed repairs at a condominium in Annapolis, Maryland. The work consisted of complex waterproofing work around penthouse mansards and installation of new flashing along the floor line of the penthouse where leaks were prevalent. MPS was able to complete the work before harsh winter weather, which would have required a long delay due to rigging the building with up to ten swing stages at one time.
