Ribbon cut for Osterhout Library preservation
The mayor of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and other dignitaries recently cut the ribbon on the long-anticipated masonry and stained glass restoration of Osterhout Library, a historic 1849 church turned library. MPS successfully completed the project on budget; its preservation helps enhance the city's historic district.
