MPS will present a discussion on the current concerns facing facades at healthcare facilities and their impact on operations to the Pennsylvania Society for Health Facility Engineering. Topics ranging from inspection and evaluation to facade ordinances, vapor drive, and restoration will be reviewed to aid facility managers in addressing immediate issues and also plan for the long-term service life of their assets.
